SENIOR ARCHITECT | 5-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Architecture
-
Architect’s NJ License or on path to Licensure
-
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & SketchUp
-
Role: Execution of Design, Construction Drawings & Construction admin on all project types.
-
Develop Architectural Designs
-
Create SketchUp models and Lumion renderings
-
Develop construction Documents, review & oversee
-
Client Presentations
-
Lead architectural projects from feasibility through construction administration
-
Experience across a variety of project types, including Multifamily Residential, Restaurants, Warehouses, Office Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, etc.
-
Strong organizational & time management skills
-
Perform surveys, energy calculations using COMcheck, run meetings, client contact, and coordinate with consultants.

Must be self-motivated and passionate about architecture.

Strong design abilities

Leadership and project management experience
