Bachelors and/or Masters in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup
Roll: Lead & Assist in execution of Design, Construction Drawings & Construction admin on large projects.
Oversee Junior Staff. Monitor time and billing on projects. Direct Client Contact, Marketing for future projects.
Run smaller and medium sized projects in all roles, independently. Proper understanding of building & energy codes.
Perform surveys, energy calculations using COMcheck, run meetings, and coordinate with consultants.
A good variety of project types - Multi-family, Restaurants, Warehouse, Office buildings, Retail, Hospitality, etc.
Must be self-motivated and passionate about architecture. Ability to grow into more senior role.
